ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE,

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled :-

"Ordinance to amend the Hongkong Code of Civil Procedure,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.

I append a statement of the objects of the Ordinance and Reasons for this Ordinance.
